Fashion’s favorite brand of the moment Vetements has made its TV talk show debut thanks to Whoopi Goldberg.
“The View” co-host made a statement on Sept. 19 in the label’s sweatshirt that has the phrase “May the Bridges I Burn Light the Way” emblazoned across the chest. The burgundy hoodie rings in at a pricey $1,200. Goldberg joins Vetements’ celebrity fans including Rihanna and Rita Ora, who wore a similar style in black.
Goldberg, who has a taste for funky footwear, wore Irregular Choice‘s silver boots with pink glitter stars and hearts — a total contrast to the sweatshirt’s brash message. The soles of the shoes are done in a floral pattern.

Goldberg made several appearances at New York Fashion Week. She attended the Marc Jacobs, Hood by Air and J. Crew shows last week, and Goldberg was one of the celebrities tapped to participate in the opening ceremony show.
