Amal Clooney was photographed alongside her husband, George Clooney, leaving the 2023 Venice Film Festival today in Venice, Italy. The couple attended the festival to make an appearance at the 2023 DVF Awards, which honors the work of extraordinary women.
On her feet, Amal donned a pair of neutral wedged heels. The barrister’s footwear was comprised of tan woven uppers that transitioned into almond-shaped toes. The shoe style can be best likened to espadrilles.
The woven style was sat atop elevated wedge heels that gradually rose higher towards the heel of each shoe, offering the public figure a conservative boost in height. The footwear acts as a great transitional piece in any wardrobe, especially as we make our way from warm summer weather to fall.

Dressed casually, the writer was outfitted in a knitted black midi-length dress. The garment featured a strappy plunging bodice along with a unique ribbed knitted texture and a flared skirt A-line skirt. Rounding out her look, Amal toted a straw shoulder bag worn with aviator sunglasses.
