Anya Taylor-Joy Wears Christian Louboutin’s So Kate Shoes to ‘Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga’ Premiere

Anya Taylor-Joy attended the UK premiere of “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” in London, England on Friday wearing Christian Louboutin’s So Kate pumps. 

The “Queen’s Gambit” star arrived at the BFI IMAX Waterloo to celebrate the release of her latest film. She plays the lead, Imperator Furiosa, in the upcoming action movie alongside a star-studded cast that includes Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hardy and Nicholas Hoult. The film tells the origin story of the warrior before she encounters and teams up with Mad Max and will be released in theaters on May 24.

Throughout doing press for the film, Taylor-Joy has gravitated toward designer footwear.  She kicked off the tour last month in Christian Louboutin’s Iriza pumps at CinemaCon 2024, which were the same pair she wore during a Los Angeles screening earlier this month. Taylor-Joy has also been favoring Jimmy Choo’s Minny sandals. She was seen on several occasions wearing the barely-there set during the Cannes Film Festival this week.

The actress slipped into Christian Louboutin’s black So Kate pumps. The heels featured a suede upper and a pointed toe. The set is complete with a stiletto heel standing about 5-inches tall. Named after supermodel Kate Moss, the pair has become one of the designer’s most popular pairs, retailing for $795.  

Recently, many stars have been favoring the brand like Rita Ora, Joey King and Zendaya, who was seen wearing the So Kate pumps throughout her ‘Challengers’ press tour last month.
