Chris Evans brought sharp style to the stage during New York Comic Con.
While in Manhattan for the occasion on Saturday, Evans spoke in an onstage Spotlight panel at the Javits Center. For his appearance, the Marvel actor laced into a pair of low-top sneakers with smooth, pale beige suede uppers. His round-toed footwear was complete with thin front laces and flat white rubber soles, bringing them a clean, sharp finish.
The “Pain Hustlers” star’s style was reminiscent of similarly classic sneakers released year-round on the menswear market, notably favored for their versatility and easy wear. Low-top suede and leather pairs are the most popular, particularly in hues of white, brown and black — as seen in new styles from brands including Koio, Veja and Zegna.

Evans paired his sharp shoes with a equally relaxed, versatile outfit: a vintage graphic T-shirt and black jeans. The “Knives Out” actor’s look was layered for fall with a silky navy blue bomber jacket, with a gleaming gold pendant necklace and brown leather watch adding a contemporary shine. Evans completed his look with two string bracelets, as well as his gold wedding band — making Comic Con his first public appearance since marrying wife Alba Baptista in September.
During the occasion — which occurred during the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike — Evans discussed topics including his dog, his love for Halloween and hopes to return to Broadway, according to Deadline.
Where footwear is concerned, Evans’ styles are often dapper and classic.
