Christina Ricci, best known for her work in “The Adams Family, “Sleepy Hollow” and “Penelope,” was recently nominated for a Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy Golden Globe award for her part in the popular thriller series “Yellowjackets.”
This is Ricci’s second Golden Globes nomination, having previously been nominated in 1999 for her role in “The Opposite of Sex.” In 2024, she will compete against Elizabeth Debicki for “The Crown,” Abby Elliott for “The Bear,” J. Smith-Cameron for “Succession,” Meryl Streep for “Only Murders in the Building” and Hannah Waddingham for “Ted Lasso.”
Throughout Ricci’s long career, which started when she was only nine, she has developed a rich catalog of memorable shoe moments. To attend the 1995 Motion Pictures Club 56th Annual Awards Luncheon, a young Ricci wore a pair of bright yellow lace-up sneakers. To pair with this eye-catching shoe, the actress wore a matching blue set with silver floral accents.
1999 Met Gala
Ricci attended the 1996 Met Gala in a sparkling pair of sandals. The heeled style was smartly coordinated with her sequin-covered mini-dress in ocean blue.

2013 Met Gala
Ricci arrived at the 2013 Met Gala in a pair of Casadei black pumps. The pointed-toe shoe featured a front-facing cross-strap detail and a high stiletto heel.
2017 Tribeca Film Festival
Ricci wore a simple pair of mint blue Chanel heels to the Chanel Artists Dinner during the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival. The actress styled her pastel shoes with a charcoal gay sweater dress, also from Chanel.
2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party
Ricci arrived at the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party wearing a pair of velvet black pumps. The shoe was adorned with a crystal-covered buckle that matched the one featured on Ricci’s belt.
2021 Vulture Festival

2023 Costume Designers Guild Awards
