Emma Roberts gave grungy style a chic spin — complete with a sleek shoe choice —during New York Fashion Week.
On Saturday, Roberts arrived to Khaite’s spring 2024 runway show in Manhattan. While taking in designer Catherine Holstein’s latest designs, the “American Horror Story” star slipped on a black leather pair of the brand’s Marion sandals — a $980 style with thin soles and 3-inch tapered heels. The open-toed style was topped by thong straps in a T-shaped silhouette, bringing the pair a geometric edge.
The set was finished with thin gold metal ring accents, which supported leather straps that wrapped around Roberts’ ankles. From its tone and shape, the style created an effect that was modern yet bohemian — all while smoothly streamlining Roberts’ all-black outfit.

Indeed, the “Wild Child” actress’ footwear brought a nonchalant finish to the rest of her attire, also from Khaite: a black zip-up skirt and matching biker-style jacket, each layered over a knit beige bodysuit for a slick edge. Roberts’ look was complete with gleaming silver metal earrings and a black leather pouch-style handbag, bringing her attire a minimalist finish for the occasion.
NYFW is held in New York City in September, marking the start of Fashion Month. The spring 2024 season will see a calendar of fashion shows and presentations from a range of designers, including Ralph Lauren, Christian Siriano, Proenza Schouler and more. The occasion will also include numerous parties and activations from brands like Aldo, J.Crew, MCM and more.
