“The Golden Bachelor” stars Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist tied the knot following their engagement on the show’s November finale. The wedding ceremony aired on Thursday on ABC.
During the ceremony, Nist wore a pair of dazzling Badgley Mischka Firey bejeweled block heel sandals. The pair, which she wore in silver, originally retailed for $198 and features two thin straps across the vamp accompanied by reliable ankle straps. The footwear was covered all throughout in high-shine gemstones, making Nist’s every step a shiny spectacle.
Additionally, the glimmering sandals included breezy open toes, lush leather soles and 3.35-inch block heels that gave the silhouette a sturdy and walkable finish. The bedazzled heels are currently on sale on Badgley Mischka‘s website for $159 and also come in “Gold” and “Soft White” colorways.

Complimentary to the bride, the bridesmaids also wore a variety of bedazzled sandals also hailing from Badgley Mischka. Each heel was unique to the wearer and featured dainty adornments ranging from tulle bows to rhinestone detailing.
Along with her exceedingly eye-catching footwear, Nist was outfitted in a floor-length Badgley Mischka bridal gown in a mermaid style featuring an array of coordinating sparkling embellishments.
The wedding, which was officiated by fellow contestant Susan Noles, was aired live via ABC and was held at La Quinta Resort and Club in La Quinta, Calif. Many “Bachelor” franchise alumni were in attendance including Joey Graziadei, Faith Martin, Natascha Hardee, Leslie Fhima, Joan Vassos, Kathy Swarts, Brayden Bowers, April Lynn Kirkwood and Christina Mandrell, among others. Ahead of the wedding, a red carpet was held where Brayden Bowers and his fellow “Bachelor in Paradise” co-star Christina Mandrell got engaged.
The first season of “The Golden Bachelor” was filmed over four weeks in August. The television series is a spin-off of “The Bachelor” and features a variety of older contestants.
