Jamie Chung was living a shoe lover’s dream on Thursday at the opening of the Saks Off 5th flagship store in New York. Chung shared a photo of herself surrounded by shoes at the store opening.
Hudson’s Bay Company, the parent company of Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor and Saks Off 5th, purchased luxury e-tailer Gilt Groupe in February. The new Saks Off 5th location includes a Gilt in-store shop, and customers can also begin returning items they purchased on Gilt’s website at Saks Off 5th stores.
Chung was on hand to celebrate the opening of the store, which is located on 57th Street between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue. On its Instagram account, Saks Off 5th shared a photo of the shoe department. Chung tried on styles by designers such as Manolo Blahnik and Valentino.
