Jay Z Wears His 2003 Signature Reebok Sneaker at the 2024 Super Bowl

Jay Z brought his signature sneakers to the 2024 Super Bowl sidelines on Sunday in Las Vegas.

The rapper wore a pair of his Reebok S. Carter x Jay Z sneakers in white. The style, originally released in 2003 at Foot Locker locations around the United States, was the first of his “S. Carter Collection” with Reebok.

Jay Z’s Reebok sneaker sold 10,000 pairs hours after its release. Although he wasn’t the first rapper to have a signature sneaker, his collaboration with Reebok is considered a game-changer for the shoe industry.

Jay Z attended the Super Bowl with his daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter, who wore both coordinating with him in bomber jackets. Blue Ivy wore a pair of Nike dunk low “Industrial Blue” sneakers while Rumi donned leather booties.

The rapper received the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award at the 2024 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Feb. 4 for his contribution to music and hip hop.

At the Grammys, Blue Ivy provided another fashionable moment wearing a pair of white leather boots by Larroudé, which added more glamour to her custom Vivienne Westwood princess dress.

The Kansas City Chiefs will face off against the San Francisco 49ers at the 57th annual Super Bowl, held in Las Vegas. Usher will headline this year’s halftime show. Reba McEntire performed the National Anthem and Post Malone sand “America the Beautiful.”
