Julianne Moore took slick style to the red carpet for this year’s CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards.

While on the red carpet at the occasion in Italy during Milan Fashion Week, Moore posed with husband Bart Freundlich in a pointed pair of Bottega Veneta mules. Her $1,100 Punta style featured glossy burgundy leather uppers with angled closed toes, complete with matching covered 4-inch heels.

The sharp set gained a modern edge from its outsoles, which were injected with treaded rubber for a dash of texture and added traction. The shoe base has become a signature for the brand under the creative direction of Matthieu Blazy, whose spring 2024 show Moore attended during the Week on Saturday.

A closer look at Moore’s heels.

Moore’s dynamic heels added a two-toned finish to her outfit: a deep burnt orange silk dress with a faintly asymmetric sleeveless neckline and twisted bodice, which gathered into a knee-length hem. The textured piece was accented on one strap with a polished golden metal ornament for an artistic flair.

The “Still Alice” star’s attire was sharply finished with a small pair of twisted gold hoop earrings, as well as Bottega Veneta’s $3,500 Knot clutch. Her oval-shaped style was covered in black leather strips, woven in the brand’s signature “Intrecciato” technique for a burst of texture. The piece created a tonal, clean palette to round out Moore’s attire, balancing its darker colors with a staple neutral hue.
