Kid Cudi Loved Joe Burrow’s MSCHF Sneakers at The Cincinnati Bengals vs. Arizona Cardinals Game

What do rapper Kid Cudi and Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow have in common? They both appreciate a colorful shoe.

On Sunday, the Bengals’ Twitter page shared a new clip of Burrow entering State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. In the now-viral video, Burrow walked into the stadium in a pair of MSCHF‘s Super Normal 2 “Insano” sneakers — which were named after Cudi’s upcoming album, “Insano,” which drops in Jan. 2024.

Burrow’s footwear featured a round-toed silhouette with fuzzy red, pink and blue color-blocked uppers. The vibrant pair was complete with blue and pink printed laces, with two-toned blue rubber soles finishing the set with a dark base. Though the style is currently sold out, pairs can still be found on websites including StockX and eBay, with prices ranging from $245 to $450.

When asked if he liked Burrow’s shoes in the caption, Cudi reposted the clip — which he captioned with a simple “Love!” and a string of emojis, including a peace sign and orange and black hearts.

Burrow’s vibrant footwear added a colorful base to the rest of his outfit for the occasion, which included a color-blocked multicolored knit hoodie, black sweatpants and a gray monogrammed Louis Vuitton duffel bag. In fact, Burrow’s athleisure top was handmade by his friends — which he clarified to Fox 19 reporter Jeremy Rauch, who shared the athlete’s response to Twitter.

For shoes, Burrow often wears tonal and colorful sneakers from Nike, particularly Air Jordan styles — including the latter’s viral collaboration with Dior. On the red carpet, he can be seen in neutral black, brown and gray-hued loafers crafted from leather and suede.
