Demonstrating her ability to swiftly switch from high heels to sneakers, style icon Kylie Jenner flaunted a pair of Puma Suede kicks in a recent Instagram post.
The 18-year-old social media queen is part of Puma’s latest campaigns to keep the Puma Suede “forever fresh.” Jenner began teasing the campaign on Snapchat the morning right after New York’s Met Gala in May.
Inspired by New York City’s 1980s b-boys and hip-hop beats, Puma shot the campaign on location around the Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn. Other Puma Suede tastemakers photographed for the campaign include Rae Sremmurd, Young Thug and YesJulz.
The photos, shot by street photographer Jamel Shabazz, have been featured on Puma’s social media accounts and will be showcased in Puma stores around the world.

In a statement, Jenner said she finds the Suede sneakers’ “rich and vibrant color” the most appealing.
“They really have a depth of color. The deep shades don’t fade quickly and I like the laces,” Jenner said.
She also named the black and white style, pictured the above Instagram post, as her favorite colorway. In explaining why this silhouette has become a classic, Jenner said, “I think it’s the Suede’s timeless look and style – it’s always looking so fresh. They’re my go-to sneaker from my closet.”
The Puma Suede sneakers retail starting at $65 and are available at Puma retailers and stores such as ASOS and Foot Locker.
