Nicole Ari Parker channeled the energy of a stylish secret agent when she wore a black velvet Marc Jacobs jumpsuit with patent leather flats to the brand’s fall 2024 show at the New York Public Library on July 1.
The “And Just Like That” actress opted for a fitted one-piece velvet outfit consisting of skin tight pants and a strapless upper portion; the bustier included a dramatic sweetheart neckline. Parker switched up the texture but maintained the color scheme with her accessories, sporting a pair of black leather gloves that went past her elbows. Adding to the outfit’s air of mystery was a pair of black sunglasses. Her wavy blonde bob was styled by Nai’vasha while her makeup was done by Vincent Oquendo.
Rounding out the accessories, Parker carried a black iteration of Marc Jacobs’ The Sack Bag, a leather tote bearing the brand’s name on the side.

To unify the all-black ensemble, Parker slipped on a pair of black patent leather flats. With a shiny finish, the shoes contrasted the velvet material of her jumpsuit. They were enclosed around the front, back and sides of the feet in the manner of a classic ballet flat, leaving the top of her feet exposed. The shoes included a pointed toe that added a sharp edge to Parker’s outfit.
Parker, who plays Lisa Todd Wexley on the “Sex and the City” reboot “And Just Like That,” was recently spotted wearing a sleek pair of black Louboutins while filming in New York City in June; the shoes complemented a chic 1950s-style ensemble. She also wore a pair of feathered yellow sandals on set, acting alongside on-screen husband Christopher Jackson last month.
While Lisa Todd Wexley is know for her bold fashion choices in “And Just Like That,” Parker has long since established her own sense of style off-screen. She often steps out with her husband of nearly 20 years, Boris Kodjoe, and the two have become know for their couple style.
