Sofia Vergara made a colorful statement during the second live show of “America’s Got Talent” on Wednesday. She has returned as a judge for the talent competition’s 18th season, alongside Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel.
The “Hot Pursuit” actress slipped into a pair of silver sandals. The metallic heels featured a crystal-embellished ankle strap and a crisscross design along the rounded toe. The sandals brought height to the look with a platform sole and block heel that was about 4 inches tall.
Vergara donned a ruched Alex Perry midi dress with a color-blocking design featuring a pink sweetheart neckline, a tan bodice and a sky-blue fitted skirt. The chiffon gown is a part of the designer’s resort 2023 collection.

The actress accessorized with a pair of oversized diamond studs and a sparkling statement ring with a pink tourmaline stone at the center. She kept her light brown hair in sleek low ponytail keeping the focus on her minimal makeup that featured a mauve lip. Her glowing look was created by hairstylist Kelly Kline and makeup artist Sabrina Bedrani.
Vergara’s look was put together by Rhonda Spies who can also be credited for the sparkling gold Reem Acra gown she wore to the Vanity Fair Oscars Party this past March. The stylist has also created looks for other stars like Carrie Ann Inaba and Finn Wolfhard.
It comes as no surprise that the “Modern Family” actress has an envious shoe closet. The “Hot Pursuit” actress has been seen wearing luxury brands like Guiseppe Zanotti, Saint Laurent, Christian Louboutin, and Gianvito Rossi. She often slips into platform sandals or pointed-toe pumps for red-carpet appearances. If she’s not sporting a stiletto or blocked heel, she often favors mules, boots and sneakers from brands like Chloé and Puma.
