Montreal-based shoe retailer Aldo has released its fall ’16 campaign imagery. The new campaign, titled #ALDOMOVESME, explores the concept of movement through a series of on-the-go looks, such as block-heel booties and leather high-tops.
The campaign was shot by Mikael Jansson and styled by Alex White. New women’s footwear styles for the season include a leather thigh-high boot and suede slingback pump. Men’s highlights include a suede dress shoe and athletic-inspired sneaker.

In addition to the new photos, the vertical retailer will also push its social media campaign this season, where consumers can post and share photos of themselves in Aldo looks using the hashtag #ALDOMOVESME.
“It’s important for us at Aldo to keep things personal in our approach to digital innovation, [and] always remaining connected to our consumer,” said Erwin Hinteregger, Aldo’s chief marketing officer.

In other recent Aldo news, it launched a bridal footwear collection in May. Shoes included elegant crystal sandals and metallic pumps.
