There’s nothing that dampens the spirit more than a rainy day. But wet weather doesn’t have to mean sacrificing one’s style. The fall market has a wide variety of designer rainboot styles, meaning you can stay dry and look cute while doing it.
Burberry’s iconic plaid print was applied to a Wellington boot. We envision it worn with one of the brand’s rain trenches for an English aesthetic. Equally as pretty is Gucci’s rainboot with signature monogram print, which had a floral pattern applied overtop.
Edgier styles include Valentino’s Rockstud ankle boot, done in a sprightly cherry red. Givenchy offered a tall boot style with oversized chain detailing. Saint Laurent, which debuted its grungy Glastonbury-inspired rainboots at its spring ’16 runway show, went sleek with an army green style.
Meanwhile, Dolce & Gabbana amplified the style in a punchy silver metallic.
