Christopher John Rogers presented the Collection 010, dubbed “PlayDough” on the runway in New York on June 7. The collection aimed to up the ante of sophistication while remaining playful with color and shape, influenced by Southern prep, the pierrot (a pantomime) and a “childlike insouciance.” The designer showcased his signature rainbows of colors right down to the shoes, which were once again created by Christian Louboutin exclusively for the show.
