There Are ‘Back to the Future II’ Light-Up Shoes You Can Wear for Halloween

With only 89 pairs of the 2016 Nike Mag “Back to the Future” sneakers available, there’s another less-exclusive option for fans of the self-lacing sneaker.

Just in time for Halloween, customers can be their best version of Michael J. Fox’s Marty McFly character without entering Nike‘s raffle. Licensed by Universal Studios, the sneakers seen in “Back to the Future Part II” are available for purchase for $80 on HalloweenCostumes.com.

The high-top shoes look very similar to the Nike Mag version, detailed with an adjustable Velcro strap around the top ankle and LED lights that make the shoes light up.

The coveted kicks have become the must-have shoe of the moment after Nike confirmed the official launch details this week.

According to Nike, 84 of the 89 pairs will be raffled in the brand’s drawing system. The five remaining pairs will be sold by Nike and the Michael J. Fox Foundation via private auctions.

So for those not willing to cough up $10 per raffle ticket to enter the contest, here’s an alternative. On the plus side, there are many more than 89 pairs available.
