Introducing a seamless fusion of style, comfort, and practicality — the Versadial Derby Shoe, a collaborative masterpiece by Tombogo and EsenesWorldwide. This collab was unveiled at Tombogo’s spring 2024 Paris Fashion Week runway show last June. The new leather wingtip style features robust outdoor lug soles, marking the inaugural partnership between the two renowned brands.
The Tombogo x Esenes Versadial Derby Shoe pairs the classy wingtip derby design with top-notch craftsmanship. It is made of high-quality brushed leather, with soft leather lining and insoles for maximum comfort. The shoe stands out with its sturdy outdoor lugged sole, made of stacked EVA, which provides additional comfort.
A distinguishing feature is the innovative dial-tech lacing system, which tightens effortlessly by turning the dial. The Versadial showcases subtle yet meaningful collaborations between the two brands: Tombogo’s signature plus sign logo is prominently displayed on the dial and perforated on the toe, while Esenes’ emblem is elegantly embossed on the heel. The tongue and insoles bear co-branded logos, completing the unique design of the shoe.

Celebrities like J Balvin have endorsed the brand. Esenes Worldwide, pronounced “SNS,” promotes self-expression and authenticity through designs that draw from nostalgia and culture.
Both designers from the Bay Area, Tommy Bogo of Tombogo and Justin Son of Esenes, have a decade-long friendship that began in Oakland’s creative community before they relocated to New York City. Both labels emphasize experimentation and functional design, with Tombogo specializing in ready-to-wear apparel and Esenes Worldwide primarily focused on footwear.
The collaborative Versadial Derby shoe combines the elegance of classic formal footwear with the ruggedness of outdoor performance shoes. The shoe incorporates advanced technical elements and active hardware, leading Son to express his belief that Bogo was the ideal collaborator for this project, given his background in industrial design. Together, they created a design that exudes the unique style of each brand.
Exclusively available on May 31, the Tombogo x Esenes Versadial Derby Shoe will be sold exclusively on tombogo.com at a price of $230. The shoe will be available in sizes 4 through 14, but no half sizes will be offered.
