Adidas Unveils Tour360 Boost Golf Cleats

Adidas Golf is marking the 10-year anniversary of its Tour360 cleats with a new iteration packed with almost everything the company has to offer.

The Tour360 Boost, which goes on sale on Jan. 8 in six colorways, priced at $200, sports numerous technical features — most notable being the popular Adidas Boost cushioning, which is incorporated into the forefoot and heel. And, of course, it features the iconic 360Wrap midfoot support system that was first introduced in 2005 and has contributed to 38 PGA Tour victories over the years.

This time around, though, the 360Wrap saddle has been re-engineered to be lighter and more flexible — and for the first time, it has been combined with a full-length outsole.

“Our challenge in creating the next generation was living up to the Tour360 name,” said Masun Denison, director of footwear for Adidas Golf, in a statement. “We took everything we’ve learned in the last 10 years, including visual cues from prior models, while utilizing materials and construction innovation to take the Tour360 Boost to the next level. It’s a culmination of years of technology, testing, insights and athlete feedback.”

Other new elements for the Tour360 Boost include a dual-density 10-cleat outsole, a premium leather upper featuring Climaproof technology and a new heel shape inspired by Adidas’ running and training sneakers.

In addition, Adidas has created a second version of the cleats with the Boa lacing system. The Tour360 Boa Boost style will be available on Feb. 1 in three colorways, at a suggested retail price of $230.
