When it comes to lifestyle sneakers, there haven’t been many stories in 2016 quite like the Adidas NMD.
What began as a seemingly innocuous release in December 2015 has grown into a full-fledged monster for the brand, taking on countless colorways and style evolutions — nearly all of which end up being instant sellouts.
The story of the NMD will continue well into the holiday season, with the sneaker’s highly anticipated Bape collaboration dropping this weekend. In addition to that, Foot Locker Europe has managed to lock down three exclusive colorways of the NMD XR1 variant that you won’t find anywhere else.
Included in Foot Locker Europe’s exclusive NMD XR1 lineup are black, white and royal blue/white colorways of the Boost-cushioned sneaker. While the black and white colorways are similar to previously released styles, the royal blue is particularly eye-catching, thanks to its stark white overlays and bright red accents.

Releasing as part of the retailer’s Week of Greatness campaign, this trio of Adidas NMD XR1 colorways is set to drop on Black Friday exclusively at Foot Locker Europe, in store and online. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good, so it may be a good idea to phone a friend overseas in advance if you’re hoping to procure a pair.
