Reports that the coveted Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” is returning to sneaker stores in 2021 have been circulating since late last year, and now, a first look at the upcoming re-issue has surfaced.
Images of the “Raging Bull” iteration of NBA icon Michael Jordan‘s signature shoe were shared by sneaker leak Instagram account @zSneakerheadz yesterday, a bold red make up that initially released in May 2009. This Jordan 5 features a predominantly red suede upper with matching shoelaces, while clear mesh netting appears on the sides. Adding to the look is a reflective silver tongue, a black midsole and a translucent outsole.
According to the Instagram caption, the style will be releasing on April 10 in full family sizing including in men’s, grade school, pre-school and toddler sizes, although only images of the grade school pair are available. While the release info was revealed by @zSneakerhead, the launch details have not been confirmed by Jordan Brand at the time of publication.
