Adidas-sponsored baller James Harden teamed up with Kids Foot Locker on Tuesday to kick off the Kids Foot Locker Fitness Challenge at Fort Bend Boys & Girls Club in Houston.
The superstar guard for the Houston Rockets – while wearing the Yeezy Boost 350 – expressed the benefits of staying active when speaking to kids from 10 of the area’s Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and he led the kids through a variety of basketball drills.

The Kids Foot Locker Fitness Challenge, which is in its fourth edition, is a six-week program designed to encourage Boys & Girls Clubs of America members to participate in a healthy and active lifestyle through physical fitness activities. When the six-week program comes to an end, the club with the highest percent increase in daily participation receives a grand prize of $10,000 by Kids Foot Locker Foundation, according to Foot Locker.

The Kids Foot Locker Fitness Challenge has also taken place in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Chicago.
Harden is no stranger to working with the athletic retailer. The bearded All-Star participated in the Foot Locker “Play My Tweet” challenge in October, in which fans submitted requests through Twitter with a chance of having Harden fulfill them. The requests were completed based on Harden making or missing a shot.
Harden has been wearing the Adidas Crazylight Boost 2.5 on the court this season.
