Nike is set to release a colorway of its renowned rugged 1990s basketball shoe, the Air Foamposite Pro, in a color palette reminiscent of a shoe it released with a former collaborator who has frequently vocalized his displeasure with the brand: Kanye West.
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Platinum Pro” hits stores Friday and will retail for $250.

The “Platinum Pro” shoe uses a pure platinum, wolf gray and bright crimson color palette, a similar colorway used for the “Pure Platinum” iteration of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 NRG (which hits for as much as $4,000 at Flight Club, $5,000 at Stadium Goods and $6,960.75 on eBay). The shoe’s use of tonal grays dominates, with bright crimson appearing on the shoe’s collar, tongue, heel tab and swoosh branding on the heel. It also features glow-in-the-dark detailing on the outsole.
