Nike Kobe 11 ‘3D’ Arrives July 27

Most of the Nike Kobe 11 releases have been executed with simple color palettes. The next iteration of the shoe arguably features its most atypical color combination to date.

The Nike Kobe 11 “3D,” arriving Wednesday, uses the brand’s cool gray, chlorine blue, anthracite and total crimson hues on its upper. But it’s the 3-D effect created by pairing the colors that makes the shoe stand out from past iterations. The only elements of the upper that isn’t visually distorted in the Swoosh branding, which adorns each side of the shoe in chlorine blue and total crimson, as well as the total crimson and chlorine blue panels on each heel.

The low-cut basketball silhouette boasts all the same features as past releases, including its upper boasting TPU-coated mesh and Flywire cables, Lunarlon midsole for responsive cushioning, flex grooves for a natural range of motion, and icy translucent rubber outsole with a traction pattern built for for quick acceleration and change of direction.

The Nike Kobe 11 “3D” arrives via nike.com at 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday with a retail price of $160.
