Nike Reveals Uniforms For The U.S. Olympic Men’s Basketball Team

Nike on Monday unveiled its uniforms for the U.S. men’s basketball squad that’s heading to the Rio Olympics in August.

The official 12-man roster, announced Monday by USA Basketball, consists of NBA stars Draymond Green, DeMar DeRozan, Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Harrison Barnes, Jimmy Butler, DeMarcus Cousins, Paul George, Kyrie Irving, DeAndre Jordan and Kyle Lowry.

On Monday, the team surprised kids at the Children Aid Society Dunlevy Milbank Center along with kids who are part of Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors.

As for the shoes, Nike already unveiled a Kyrie 2 in red, white and blue that Irving will wear in Rio. Durant, George, Green, Irving and Jordan are all Nike-sponsored athletes, and Butler and Anthony are Jordan Brand athletes. Durant will likely wear the new Nike KD9 “Premiere” colorway.
