California-based skateboard brand Supra, has teamed up with Elyse Walker, a Los Angeles-based stylist, philanthropist and entrepreneur for Elyse Walker x Supra, a capsule collection of women’s footwear, debuting on August 11. The shoes will be available SupraFootwear.com, in Supra stores located in New York, Santa Monica, Calif., Mexico City, Paris and Tokyo.
The series of modern skate-inspired looks offers takes on a duo of classic Supra silhouettes — the Cuba low-top, retailing for $115 and the Skytop, a high-top at $175. Both styles are set on vulcanized soles with uppers done in luxe snakeskin and suede.
For the Skytop, Walker customized the look with a concealed wedge insole for added comfort and height, while the Cuba’s sudden start offers additional support.
Walker currently operates her own boutique on Antioch Street in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles. In 2013, she launched her own shoe line and just last year partnered with Sable Banoun on a line of r-t-w called Theperfext. The Supra collection is also available on Walker’s ecommerce site, FRWD.com.

The collaboration follows the launch by Supra earlier this month of a concise collection with watch brand G-Shock for the Supra x G-Shock collection. For men, there’s professional G-Shock skateboarder Stevie Williams’ signature Estaban style, retailing for $110 and the women’s Cuttler at $100.
