Teva is traveling back to the past with their upcoming ‘90s Revive Collection. In continuation of the iconic brand’s 40th anniversary, this capsule is the second installment of four separate drops happening this spring, each of which will feature best-selling archival styles emphasized by retro-inspired prints that pay homage to the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s.

The 1980s capsule was released at the end of February, and the 1990s collection is the next drop in the lineup.

Taking inspiration from the eclectic decade that was the 1990s, the ’90s Revive Collection comes in two different notable styles: the Original Alp Revive ($60) and the Hurricane XLT2 Revive ($75), both of which tribute the bold geometric shapes and throwback colors that defined the decade.

While the colorful hues catch your attention, Teva still emphasizes modern comfort and performance—something the brand has become known for in its forty years of existence. A subsidiary of Deckers Brands, the company was founded by Mark Thatcher in 1984 and has since evolved into a premiere brand for purchasing functional outdoor footwear models that are also versatile and fashionable.

The history of the Original Alp Revive is a lauded one, paving the way for the performance sport sandal it’s recognized as today with its technical hardware and multi-strap construction. This new iteration sports a black outsole, red and orange straps, and a multicolor ankle strap. Meanwhile, the Hurricane XLT2 is a versatile adventure sandal that features durable grippy traction and an arch-supporting EVA footbed for enhanced comfort and support that allows for all-day wear. The shoe has a brown outsole with black padding and a multicolor strap for the finish.

The ‘90s Revive Collection is now available on Teva.com. From the ’80s to the 2000s and beyond, Teva has been operated with the ethos of bringing back the best of every era while pushing the traditional boundaries of adventure footwear. The 2000s collection is scheduled to arrive in May, and the 2010s collection release date is anticipated for sometime in June.
