While Stephen Curry is enjoying his summer off the court, Under Armour is busy releasing new colorways of his latest shoe, the Curry 2.5.
Available now on ua.com as well as Under Armour Brand Houses and select retail partners for $135 are three new iterations: black and red, black and charcoal, and white and black.

The black and red iteration — dubbed “Elemental” — features a predominantly black upper with red dominating toward the heel, with a mostly black with red-speckled midsole and a white outsole. The black and charcoal colorway is black with charcoal on the tongue, collar, UA branding on the upper, and on the midsole. The white and black shoe boasts a mostly white upper with black UA branding, black on the tongue and midsole, and a white and black outsole.

Under Armour unveiled the shoe in April. It dropped on UA.com and Foot Locker on May 28, and its worldwide release was July 1.
The brand said Curry’s precise movements inspired the shoe, as well as his focus under pressure, and it was influenced by the look of a warrior’s spearhead. The upper also features the diamond shape of a spearhead, symbolic of five teammates working to forge an unbreakable bond.
