Here’s Every Air Jordan Releasing in October

As October is set to begin, we’re looking ahead to all of the month’s Air Jordan releases. This month marks the official beginning of Jordan Brand‘s holiday slate, which is when the brand brings back some of the most coveted Air Jordan retros along with a slew of new colorways.

Among the highlights for October is the OG “Bred” colorway for the Air Jordan 1, albeit with a twist. The black and red combo returns with a familiar arrangement but on an upper made of satin instead of leather. Just like the “Satin Shattered Backboard” AJ1 from 2018, sizing will be available for women but not men. Children’s sizing will also be added this time around.

Another standout is the Air Jordan 6 being treated to the Air Jordan 8’s famous “Aqua” colorway, as well as the return of the Air Jordan 12 “Cherry” that Michael himself wore for his fifth of six championships.

Watch on FN

While some of these release dates have been officially confirmed by Jordan Brand, others have surfaced via leaks and are thus liable to change. We’ll keep this list updated throughout the month for accuracy and to add any other pair of Js that might arise. And for a wider list of October sneaker releases, head here.

Air Jordan 6 “Aqua”

Air Jordan 6 Aqua

Release Date: Oct. 7
Price: $200
The Air Jordan 6 is treated for the very first time to “Aqua,” the beloved colorway made famous by the Air Jordan 8.

Air Jordan 2 Low Women’s “Chicago Twist”

Air Jordan 2 Low Women's Chicago Twist

Release Date: Oct. 7
Price: $150
As the name suggests, this women’s-exclusive Air Jordan 2 tinkers with the white, red, and black color scheme referred to as “Chicago.” Black dominates the collar, while an off-white sole unit gives this new pair of 2s a vintage look.

Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Golf

Release Date: Oct. 13
Price: $170
Travis Scott’s signature desert hues and backward Swoosh come to the Air Jordan 1 Low Golf, which is equipped for the course with a dedicated outsole. Even with a more aggressive tread and a harder rubber for the outsole, expect to see this sneaker on more streets than greens. Given Scott beginning to move on to other retro models, and soon brand-new ones, this could be the last Air Jordan 1 we see from him for some time.

Air Jordan 1 Low “University Red”

Air Jordan 1 Low University Red

Release Date: Oct. 13
Price: $130
This Air Jordan 1 Low references one of the original colorways of its high-top brethren from 1985. It’s also a near-copy of an AJ1 Low from 2015 but made with higher-quality materials.

Air Jordan 1 High “Mauve”

Air Jordan 1 High Mauve

Release Date: Oct. 14
Price: $180
A new colorway for the Air Jordan 1 brings a metallic sheen through its namesake color.

Air Jordan 1 Element “Sky J Purple”

Air Jordan 1 Element Sky J Purple

Release Date: Oct. 14
Price: $200
Don’t let the use of suede fool you — this retooled Air Jordan 1 is very much intended to handle the elements, thanks to the incorporation of Gore-Tex.

Air Jordan 1 Element “Sky J Light Olive”

Air Jordan 1 Element Sky J Light Olive

Release Date: Oct. 14
Price: $200
Another Gore-Tex-equipped AJ1 arrives as an alternative to the Los Angeles Lakers-esque colorway above.

Air Jordan 38 “Fadeaway”

Release Date: Oct. 17
Price: $200
The newest Air Jordan model takes inspiration from the Air Jordan 8 and now arrives in a “Light Marine” blue colorway with bright red and yellow accents. There’s no word yet on why it’s called “Fadeaway,” so we’ll see if Jordan Brand has a deeper story to tell with the new variant.

Air Jordan 1 Women’s High “Satin Bred”

Air Jordan 1 Women's High Satin Bred

Release Date: Oct. 18
Price: $180
The OG Air Jordan 1 “Bred” colorway makes an always-welcomed return with a satiny twist. Sizing is exclusive to women and children, but that won’t stop dudes from going after pairs if they can make them fit.

Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 “Día de Muertos”

Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 Familia

Release Date: Oct. 21
Price: $165
As part of Nike’s annual Day of the Dead collection, the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 takes on a faux-aged look that helps make it look like a relic from a Mesoamerican civilization while also channeling traditional Día de Muertos iconography. Also releasing on the same day will be a Dunk Low themed for the holiday, while an Air Max 1 and Blazer 77 Mid are on the way as well.

Chris Paul x Air Jordan 1 Low “Give Them Flowers”

Release Date: Oct. 24
Price: $160
Chris Paul’s signature model days are behind him, but he’s still getting a pair of Air Jordan 1 Lows to call his own on the same day the NBA season starts. An ornate flower pattern takes over white leather for the majority of the upper, delivering an apt message for the future Hall of Famer. This marks just the second time a Chris Paul Air Jordan 1 has ever released to the public.

Air Jordan 1 Low “Neutral Grey”

Air Jordan 1 Low Neutral Grey

Release Date: Oct. 25
Price: $170
The only low-top version of the Air Jordan 1 to release in 1985 is back and just as clean as ever.

Air Jordan 12 “Cherry”

Air Jordan 12 Cherry

Release Date: Oct. 28
Price: $210
Michael Jordan wore the Air Jordan 12 “Cherry” while winning his fifth NBA championship, and now the sneaker gets a reissue for the first time since 2009.
