Travis Scott Reveals a Third Jordan Cut the Check Colorway With the Most Detailed Photo Yet

Travis Scott is peeling back the curtain on his Jordan Cut the Check sneaker with increasing frequency. Following the reveal of a cream colorway with yellow and turquoise accents just a day prior, Scott took to Instagram Thursday night to reveal yet another colorway while also giving the clearest look yet at his first signature sneaker.

The third version of the Cut the Check we’ve seen takes on an arrangement of white, sail, and brown similar to “Mocha” colorway that’s been used throughout his Air Jordan collaborations. Both the Air Jordan 1 High and Low have taken on the treatment, while the Air Jordan 1 Low also got a “Reverse Mocha” flip.

What sets this Cut the Check apart from other “Mocha” kicks, as well as every other Cut the Check we’ve seen thus far, is the use of hemp underlays for the toe box and in a small window beneath the brown Swoosh at midfoot. Trim separating the mudguard from the rest of the upper appears in the same natural hue, matched by the laces and a tongue with exposed foam. White leather forms the rest of the upper, including with a unique texture at the collar, while a portion of the strap appears to use a transparent mesh. Rounding out what we can see is a brown midsole sitting atop a sail outsole.

The Jordan Cut the Check will reportedly make its debut during the upcoming holiday season, and the amplification of the roll-out this week gives further indication that a launch is imminent. The debut will mark a first for both Scott and Jordan Brand, as it’s his first signature sneaker and Jordan has never before given a dedicated model to someone who wasn’t a professional athlete.
