The Dragon Ball Z x adidas collection is almost here. After early images of two pairs leaked online this month, we now have an official look at the updated adidas Kamanda in the soft “Majin Buu” colorway.
Since the announcement of the project in late December, information regarding which seven adidas silhouettes will make the cut has started to leak online. Today, leak account The Yeezy Mafia decided to throw their hat into the ring, debuting the entire collection. The pack will include the “Goku” ZX 500, “Vegeta” Ultra Tech, “Shenron” EQT ADV Primeknit, “Cell” Prophere, “Majin Buu” Kamanda, “Frieza” Yung-1, and “Gohan” Deerupt Runner. Each shoe is themed after an important character from the DBZ universe and will come with a collectible figurine of each. Over the course of the Summer, official images of each pair have slowly leaked online, and the first release date for the pack has come and gone. While we are still waiting on the release of the Son Goku and Frieza pairs, we finally have a good look at the Majin Buu Kamanda, dropping in October. The reworked version of adidas’ terrace trainer begins with a soft pink hue for the suede upper, paired with a translucent grey rubber gum sole. The leather detailing around the Kamanda comes in black, while tiny hits of yellow complete the look, along with Majin Buu-related insignias on the tongue, heels, and outsoles.

The adidas x Dragon Ball Z collection is expected to begin its delayed rollout sometime soon, with the Majin Buu Kamanda landing in stores in November. Though an official release date has not been announced, the Kamanda will retail for just $130 from both adidas and select retailers.
