Alltimers and adidas have been cooking up exciting projects for a few years now, and 2019 has been no different. Following up on their hairy suede Campus from last year, the NYC-based brand has unveiled a new project, this time focusing on the ZX4000.
The ZX4000 has been included in some exciting projects since adidas revived the vintage 80s silhouette earlier this year. This week, another new collaboration was announced, which sees the Three Stripes reuniting with Alltimers, a current favorite partner of the band. Based in New York City, the skate brand rose to fame thanks to some extremely off-the-wall skate decks, before transitioning into high-end menswear. For their new adidas ZX4000, the team at Alltimers crafted an interesting color palette of light brown, yellow, royal blue, forest green, and black to decorate the vintage runner. The brown and yellow are the most prominent tones, covering the forefoot of the ZX4000 as well as the heel counter and eyelets. The quarter panels come in vibrant blue, with rich green stripes stretching across, while a black midsole completes the look.

Alltimers’ latest take on the adidas ZX4000 launched today, September 20th, exclusively via the New York skate brand’s website. The subtle new colorway maintains the ZX4000’s standard $130 price tag and is likely to remain exclusive to the brand.
