Tyler, the Creator’s collaboration with Converse is back this week, as the two have unveiled the latest GOLF WANG Chuck 70 Hi, featuring asymmetrical loud blocking in primary colors, and a new Golf logo embroidered on the heel.
Nearly a year after their last project with the Chuck 70 Hi, Tyler, the Creator and his GOLF WANG brand are back to work with Converse on their next release. The last time we saw the two in action, the GOLF Chuck took on a new pale pink color scheme, as well as applying chenille GOLF WANG branding to the rear of the silhouette. Now, the two have another Chuck Taylor set to release in the coming weeks, this time sporting a very different look from 2019’s tonal pair. The new color scheme rebuilds the Chuck 70 Hi with asymmetrical paneling, the left shoe sporting a red lateral side, yellow tongue, and bright blue medial, while the right shoe opts for a yellow lateral panel, red tongue, and navy blue interior panel. The outsides of the heel also sport a new GOLF WANG logo, featuring the Golf script over a blue heart with a sunflower peeking from behind, all embroidered directly into the canvas upper. Tyler’s latest Chuck 70 hi is completed by the smiley-face midsoles that become one next to each other.

The next project form Tyler, the Creator’s GOLF WANG and Converse, featuring a bright new color blocking for the Chuck 70 Hi, has been scheduled to launch next week, on September 14th, 2020. The Asymmetrical new look will be available from both Converse and select retailers like HBX and Sivesdescalzo for approximately $118.
