New Balance has been slowly rolling out their new 1906R silhouette, releasing collaborations and the initial in-line colorways in limited numbers. However, it appears they’ve jumped the gun with this ‘Rain Cloud’ look, available now.
The New Balance 1906R is the latest lifestyle model to debut from the Boston footwear brand. Combining a retro upper with the midsole unit from the immensely popular 2002R, the new silhouette is already shaping up to continue the brand’s string of extremely hyped styles. While initial releases of the 1906R have been limited, a brand new colorway quietly appeared on the New Balance website this morning, and is currently still available in a full size run. Dressed in a ‘Rain Cloud’ colorway, this pair features a white underlay of both mesh and leather, a slight departure from all the other styles we’ve seen thus far. The synthetic overlays come in a matching clean white tone, while the ‘Rain Cloud’ grey accents adorn the heel counters, ‘N’ logos, and midsole.

New Balance’s most recent new silhouette, the 1906R, quietly released in a new color scheme today, and is currently available in a wide range of sizes directly from the brand’s website. Dressed in white with ‘Rain Cloud’ grey accents, the clean new look comes with a price tag of $150, and will likely see a wider release in the near future.
