New Balance’s 580 Surfaces in ‘Raincloud’ Grey

New Balance 580 RaincloudNew Balance’s retro 580 is back, with new colorways on the way for Spring and Summer. This week, we have our first look at an upcoming ‘Raincloud’ grey style, coming soon.

In 1996, New Balance released the 580, a new distance running shoe that paired their signature layered uppers with a chunky midsole. Now, they have revived the design, bringing the 580 into the modern day and releasing a number of exciting new color schemes already available. This week, we got an early look at another Summer-ready style, which covers the shoe in a ‘Raincloud’ grey palette. The look begins with a dark grey mesh base layer, adding matching leather mid layers on top. The outer pieces come in a shaggy suede dyed in light grey, while hints of metallic silver complete the look.
