New Balance has added a new silhouette to their Flimby factory’s ‘Made in U.K.’ offerings, taking inspiration from the brand’s 900 and 1000 lines. Titled the 920, the sleek new runner joins the brand’s “Desert Scape” Pack this week.
New Balance’s factory in Flimby, England, has been pumping out special releases over the past year, seemingly taking on the entire workload for the MADE series as pairs from the USA continue to disappear from the market, with nothing new to replace them. This is fine with us, as the team in Flimby has crafted some of the best sneakers we’ve seen in recent years. Recently, the Flimby facility has released a series of brown shoes all under the “Desert Scape” pack moniker, the latest of which surfaced overseas this week, transforming the recent 920 runner with shades of sand across its multilayered upper. The look opts for different shades of brown for each material, while hints of grey and navy blue branding complete the look.

New Balance’s latest addition to the recent “Desert Scape” pack, the Made in U.K. 920, released earlier this week, and is currently available from select overseas retailers like German store Allike. The limited-edition colorway of the 920 comes with an elevated price tag of approximately $226.
