New Balance is pairing up two of their iconic silhouettes this month for a new “Vintage Sport” pack, which possibly doubles as a special release for this year’s Olympics in Paris. Featuring the 1500 and 991v2, the Made in UK pairs are set to arrive next week.
Sneaker releases continue to line up throughout Summer 2024, bringing all kinds of variations on silhouettes both new and old. This week, New Balance has officially unveiled a new Made in UK two-pack of shoes, featuring the 1500 and 991v2 in pristine materials and simple color schemes for the “Vintage Sport” pack. The color scheme is reminiscent of the French flag, possibly nodding to the upcoming Olympic Games being held in Paris this Summer. Both styles feature a light white and grey palette across the mesh and suede uppers. Dark red and blue accents are added to both, seen in the midsole’s cushioning accents as well as each shoe’s branding portions.
NEW BALANCE MADE IN UK “VINTAGE SPORT” PACK RELEASE INFORMATION
The New Balance Made in UK team has prepared their latest special release to drop next week, on June 13th, 2024. Featuring the classic 1500 runner alongside the new 991v2 model, pairs are dressed in white with red and blue accents for the “Vintage Sport” pack. Pairs will be available from the brand’s website as well as select retailers, priced at $250 and $230 respectively.
