New Balance is bringing some new styles to their WRPD Runner this year, delivering a wild new “Snakeskin” print to the simple upper later this year, combining the pattern with a neutral palette of white and grey tones.

The WRPD Runner from New Balance made its debut last year, bringing a wildly different silhouette to the brand’s catalog. The shoe is simple in its construction, featuring a mesh base layer with suede overlays added from toes to heels. The signature oversized ‘N’ logo appears on both sides, while all of this rests on an aerodynamic, sculpted midsole cast in two tones. For their latest pair, NB is giving the WRPD an ambitious new printed look, straying from their usual two- or three-color palettes. This pair features a snakeskin look printed on its suede mudguards, adding dark grey ‘N’ logos and a light grey heel tab in the back.
