As one of Nike’s most sought out lines, the “What The” models have undeniably been one of the most unique. For this iteration, Nike taps into its iconic Air Force 1 Low model paying homage to Los Angeles and its respective sports teams.
While the Air Force 1 low has seen thousands of designs and colors, none have been as wild as the latest “What The” model. The sneaker embodies the aesthetic of LA sports teams by incorporating their mix-match motif with specific color blockings. Utilizing the vibrant and instantly recognizable colors from LA teams, the Air Force 1 Low “What The” brings forth one of the most well-thought out pairs in recent time.
Although the colors may seem random, each panel is carefully curated to match that of the teams. Composed of two different mix-match shoes, both sides offer a plethora of colors and materials. Mesh, suede and leather can be found throughout the silhouette with vibrant Swooshes on the lateral portions. One of key features seen throughout, is the baseball-like stitching found and the basketball-like Swoosh. Each side offers a contrasting midsole and outsoles to complete the design.
