020 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Air Max 90 NRG and Nike plans to celebrate with a special rendition of the silhouette.
Even though it’s hard to believe the Air Max 90 originally released 30 years ago in 1990, it did. It honestly just shows how much Nike was and still is ahead of its time. Throughout the thirty years, the silhouette has stayed relevant and been aggressive when it came to fashion trends. A fan-favorite, 2020 will likely be a huge year that celebrates the sneaker and it looks to kick off with the luxurious 30th Anniversary edition of the NRG.
Arriving with a creamy sail upper, that comes equipped with a combination of mesh, suede, and smooth leather. Ivory and sail accents arrive all over the silhouette for a monochromatic look that features a debossed branded tongue. Solidifying the meaning behind the shoe, lace dubraes are placed perfectly with 1990 on the left pair and 2020 on the right. Expect a tonal midsole and Air Max unit to finish off the design while the pair arrives with two different sets of laces.
