Much like the recent Air Max 90 covered in animal print, the Air Max 97 also borrows inspiration from the animal world. Dressed in a sleek snakeskin design, the latest model slithers into stores.
While one of Nike’s most iconic models, the Air Max 97 continues to treat fans of the line with new and unique iterations. This time around, the snakeskin motif lends its print onto the Air Max. Often associated with Jordan 11 lows, the theme has appeared a number of times within Nike’s catalog. Although the theme has been around, Nike manages to keep offering different approaches to keep it fresh.
In addition to the snakeskin, the model is accompanied by black and white colors. The upper features a black mesh material with white overlays that compliment the snakeskin. With a minimalistic color scheme, the snakeskin subtly stands out while also bringing the design together. Sitting atop a white midsole, the black outsole once again contrasts the white to create an aesthetically pleasing shoe.
