Nike and Hyperice have joined forces to elevate athlete performance and recovery. Their latest collaboration introduces the Nike x Hyperice boots and vest. These tech-enabled products are designed to enhance both warmup and recovery, promising to revolutionize athletic preparation.

The Nike x Hyperice Boot is a wearable high-top sneaker. It offers on-demand heat and dynamic air compression massage for athletes’ feet and ankles. The boot features dual-air Normatec bladders bonded to warming elements, which evenly distribute heat throughout the upper. This combination drives heat deep into the muscle and tissue, helping athletes move and recover faster. Users can synchronize the heat and compression of both shoes or run them individually, selecting from three levels of compression and heat powered by a battery in the insole.

The Nike x Hyperice Vest targets body temperature regulation, a critical aspect of athletic performance. Using thermoelectric coolers from Hyperice’s technology, the vest delivers instant heating and cooling without the need for ice or liquid. Thermal modules and sensors autonomously monitor and maintain body temperature. An air bladder and pressure sensor within the vest adjust to the body, pressing the thermal modules inward to enhance comfort and effectiveness.

Athlete feedback has been crucial in the development of these products. Nike signature athlete LeBron James tested the boots and vest over a year ago. He praised their ability to change the game for athletes’ warm-up and recovery. Similarly, athletes like Ada Hegerberg and Eliud Kipchoge have highlighted the benefits of the Nike x Hyperice products in their training routines.
