Last year, we got an early look at a new pair of the Nike Dunk Low inspired by a personal favorite breakfast food: waffles. Thar pair finally arrived in February of this year, and now, a second style has surfaced for a launch later this Summer. Check out the “Strawberry Waffle” Dunk Low, coming in August.
Nike’s special releases of the Dunk have gotten more and more creative over the last few years, as they have continued to build up their massive catalog of colors for the iconic silhouette. This year has already brought us the first edition of the “Waffle” Dunk, which added a grid pattern textile to the shoe’s quarter panels on either side. Now, a second style featuring the overlay has surfaced, dressing the shoe in a “Strawberry Waffle” look for an August release. This look uses the off-white Pale Vanilla shade for its suede and leather layers, adding bright red accents for the Swooshes, laces, Nike branding, and outsoles.

Nike’s next waffle-inspired pair of the Dunk Low has not been officially slated for release, but we do have a tentative release date of August 20th, 2024. cast in Pale Vanilla with red accents, pairs of the “Strawberry Waffle” will be available from SNKRS and select retailers, for $125.
