PUMA’s reinvented RS-X sneaker has been in full swing this year, releasing regularly in exciting new colorways and collaborations with brands like MTV, Motorola, NASA, and more. Now, the sleek silhouette is getting a lux new look titled the RS-X Winterized.
The PUMA RS-X Winterized features the same shape and construction as the original, though it’s the materials that make the difference on the newer iteration. The shoe’s mesh base layer has been replaced with a new perforated leather version, providing more structure and support as well as protection from the elements, while simultaneously retaining breathability. The various overlays are constructed from smooth premium leather, lending a luxurious feel to the all-black color scheme.
PUMA RS-X WINTERIZED RELEASE INFORMATION
PUMA’s latest winterized iteration of the popular RS-X runner is scheduled to release later this week on October 1st, 2019. Despite the material switch-up on the upper, this special edition version retains the RS-X’s usual $110 price tag, and will be avialable from both PUMA and select retailers.
