The rise of the Instapump Fury has been something special to watch. While the running shoe was something special in its debut back in the day, the climb it has taken over the past couple of years has been amazing, Now, things look to be going back to being classic as “Utility Green” paints the sneaker.
Although not the main shoe sneakerheads are out to get, the Instampump Fury has gathered quite a big fan base over the past couple of years as retro runners have become a mainstay in today’s sneaker industry. Originally debuted all the way back in 1994, the Reebok Instapump Fury was like nothing else on the market, and in 2020 we can still say the same thing. While Reebok has charged up hype for the silhouette with collaborations and vibrant flashy takes, we’re now set to go back to the roots with a collegiate Utility Green inspired design.
The shoe arrives with a creamy white base which also is visible on the mesh toes. Black then details other portions of the shoe, painting the majority of the forefoot and heel which contrasts the white pale side paneling very nicely. The star of the show then is used throughout on leather toe cap overlays, forefoot straps, and the sockliner. The shoe is then finished off with all three colorways making an appearance on the midsole and outsole.
