U.K.-based retailer size? is well known for their frequent and wide range of collaborative sneaker releases. This week, the store partnered with adidas to release hemp-crafted versions of the classic New York and Gazelle.
size? penchant for collaborative product is unprecedented, as the British footwear and apparel retailer releases more in-house exclusieve product than nearly any other store in the sneaker world. Go ahead, check out the Exclusives section on their website, you will find some incredible sneakers from every major brand on the planet, a good portion of them more intricate and with better attention to detail than you’ll find on a full-blown collaborative effort. The latest project from size? sees them teaming up with adidas, crafting sustainable versions of the beloved Gazelle and New York sneakers. The main ingredient of both is hemp canvas, which makes up nearly 100% of the uppers for both pairs (the New York features a recycled felt underlay). And it doesn’t stop there, the soles are made from recycled rubber combined with rice husk, and a cork insole to round out the design.

The latest release from longtime partners adidas and size? debuted this week, and are currently available directly from the U.K. retailer’s website. Pairs of both the New York and Gazelle are available in a range of sizes, each with a price tag of approximately $100.
