Stüssy and Nike are gearing up for a new project coming this Holiday season, this time using the Air Flight 89 as their canvas. Three colors are expected to release, with the red and white pair emerging this week.
Nike has slowly been releasing new pair of the Air Flight 88 this year, releasing some special projects along with inline colorways. Now, the shoe’s successor, the Air Flight 89 has surfaced in a new color scheme crafted in collaboration with Stüssy. The two have teamed up for a number of projects over the last few years, with their latest installment expected to release during the 2023 holiday season. This week, we got our first look at the project, which adds some interesting new details to the retro model. Arriving in three colorways, the first pair features a white leather construction with bright red accents, as well as Snakeskin panels on the forefoot. Stüssy’s double S logo is on the same panel, along with Air Stüssy branding on the tongues.
