“Denim Turquoise” Paints Heavy Aquatics On The Nike ACG Watercat+

The cult classic model shapes up for Summer '24.

“Denim Turquoise” Paints Heavy Aquatics On The Nike ACG Watercat+

Though the Nike ACG catalog is filled with models that have reached cult classic status, the Watercat has a claim that most of its inline siblings don’t: a lane all to itself. The premier “water shoe” offering out of Beaverton, their amphibious appeal keeps on with each successive colorway, including this upcoming “Denim Turquoise” edition.

Trademark shades of “Denim Turquoise,” “Glacier Blue” and “Armory Navy” dominate the cord upper, the adjacent shades alternating between the horizontal and vertical weaves. Those with a keen eye will note that this arrangement inverts on the medial and lateral side of the shoe, adding some aesthetic appeal onto the utility minded kicks. The hexagonal traction underfoot allows contrast tones of “Fire Red” and black to peek out and break up a monochrome profile.

The Nike ACG Watercat+ is expected to materialize in Summer/Fall 2024, retailing for $125. Check out official images just ahead.

Pivoting to a different side of Beaverton, take a look at detailed shots of the Air Jordan 4 “Oxidized Green,” releasing this July.
