Gwen Stefani Updates Canadian Tuxedo With Sequin Top & Fringe Boots for Blake Shelton’s Tour

Gwen Stefani gave a Canadian tuxedo an edgy Y2K update to support her husband, country sing Blake Shelton, during his Back To The Honky Tonk Tour.

Stefani posted a video on Instagram on Sunday, showing off her look for Shelton’s latest show in Kansas City. Fashion stylist Rob Zangardi dressed the singer in the Canadian fashion label DSQUARED2, an expected brand choice for Stefani.

Stefani’s jeans had a relaxed fit with a subtle whitewash and minimal cutouts. Adding sequins to the distressed look, her top was fitted, long-sleeved and sparklingly sheer.

For beauty, the GXVE Beauty founder had a streak of blue eyeliner to form a cat-eye, wore her hair loose with butterfly layers and added barrette accessories for a Y2K statement.

The singer finished off with brown stiletto boots featuring layers of fringe complementing her ruched-up denim. The boots hit right below her knees and featured a pointe-toe silhouette.

DSQUARED2 has come apart of Stefani’s wardrobe rotation,  including the long cowboy boots she debuted last year, which she has worn time and time again.

Every outfit Stefani wears seems to have an element of ‘2000s fashion and beauty added to it. On March 14, she matched denim, cheetah print and glitter with fishnet tights that rose up to the waist while on her hair, she added two thin braids at the front.

Alternative to her denim ensembles, Stefani goes bold in high-shine and monochromatic hues. Especially on “The Voice,” where she sits as a part of the panel of judges. To end off the competition show’s 22nd season, she opted for old Hollywood glamour, an all-red halterneck jumpsuit and over-the-knee stiletto boots by designer Vrettos Vrettakos. Though, she did complement the look with her signature sporty style by incorporating a custom oversized bomber jacket as a finishing touch.
